PROCESSING TIME
- We will process your order in 2-3 business days. This includes production time since most products are made to order.
- Estimated Delivery Time - As soon the order is processed, we will send the tracking information to the email used at purchase. Delivery is approximately 4-5 days.
- Shipping carriers may experience delays due to any unforeseen pandemic.
- If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team for a full refund.
- If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund.
- This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.
- For items received that are not as we described in our listing and/or defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost and replace the item. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition, and must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
